What to do with a week old roll

Just finished a nice little brunch. Sliced one of the rolls that was left over from last Sunday and dipped it in a beaten egg and lightly fried it in melted butter. An interesting thing happened, the slices seemed to rise a bit and the outside was golden brown. Topped each slice with a dollop of Daisy and a drizzle of maple syrup. Yummy!

Today I feel almost human. Weak, but human. Still have achey muscles and a sore tummy. But human never the less! Yeah!

It's really scary what the media is letting us know about the Bird Flu! If what they are telling us is true, can you imagine what they don't know or are not allowed to tell us? This could be it for lots of folks world wide!
