When I walked out the driveway to retreave the paper this morning it felt like October the second. It was cool, a little misty and smelled like a forest. Nice. The rains have caused the little pink rain lily to pop up all over town and they also seem to have caused a wonderful orange, spider-like lily show up everywhere! There is a nice little group of them out front under one of the pecan trees!
So far it's been a good day.
